Q1: When will my card be charged?
- Card & digital wallet payments: Authorized instantly at checkout; full charge processed once your package ships from our warehouse.
- Klarna: Payment schedules follow your selected plan (30-day pay later or 3 split payments).
- Gift cards: Deducted immediately upon order confirmation.
Q2: Will I pay extra currency conversion fees?
DFYNE charges all orders in your local store currency. Your bank or card provider may apply independent foreign exchange fees for international orders, which are out of our control.
Q3: Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired card, mismatched billing address, or failed 3D Secure verification. Double-check your details or contact your bank to unlock the transaction. If issues persist, email support@dfyneusa.it.com with your order draft ID.
Q4: Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Once your order is confirmed and processing, payment methods cannot be modified. If you need to switch payment options, cancel your unshipped order and recheckout with your preferred method.
Q5: How do refunds work after returns?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned activewear. BNPL refunds will adjust your remaining instalment balance automatically.
